We are hiring Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team in Tijuana.

Requirements:
- Conversational to advanced English
- High School certificate or higher
- Call center experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work assigned schedules

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Provide information and support regarding customer accounts
- Resolve questions and concerns professionally
- Update customer information in company systems
- Deliver a positive customer experience

Compensation:
- Monthly salary from $18,000 MXN
