About Duzer Group
Duzer Group is a U.S.-based medical marketing agency specializing in helping vein and vascular clinics grow.
We combine extensive medical marketing experience with firsthand experience operating and growing clinics ourselves. Our team has helped medical practices increase patient volume, grow revenue, and build more predictable patient acquisition systems.
We are hiring a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us identify, research, and build relationships with vein and vascular practices throughout the United States.
This is not a traditional high-volume call-center position . We are looking for someone who can research prospective practices, identify the right decision-makers, execute thoughtful personalized outreach, and consistently follow up to create qualified sales opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Research vein and vascular clinics throughout the United States
- Identify physicians, practice owners, practice managers, and other relevant decision-makers
- Research each practice, its services, locations, marketing presence, and potential opportunities
- Prepare prospect research our team can use to create highly personalized outreach
- Execute personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Make targeted outbound calls and follow-up calls when appropriate
- Professionally navigate receptionists and gatekeepers
- Build relationships with prospects rather than relying solely on one-time cold outreach
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients over longer sales cycles
- Schedule qualified meetings with our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, objections, and next steps in our CRM
- Ensure promising prospects never fall through the cracks
- Test different outreach messages and approaches with our team
- Track outreach activity, responses, meetings, and results
What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with strong B2B prospecting and business development experience , but also someone who can think critically, research effectively, and communicate professionally.
The adecuado candidate has
- 2+ years of B2B business development, outbound sales, prospecting, or appointment-setting experience
- Experience prospecting U.S. businesses and decision-makers
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong online research skills
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Experience identifying and reaching business owners or senior decision-makers
- Strong email and written outreach skills
- Comfort making outbound calls and speaking with cold prospects
- Ability to navigate gatekeepers professionally
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and/or social selling
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Experience using CRM and sales prospecting tools
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
- Availability during U.S. business hours
Experience working with healthcare, medical practices, physicians, marketing agencies, or other professional B2B services is strongly preferred. This Role May Be a Great Fit If...
You enjoy figuring out how to get the attention of a difficult-to-reach prospect , rather than simply making as many calls as possible.
You are comfortable researching a company before contacting it, finding a relevant reason to reach out, personalizing your communication, and following up consistently.
You understand that effective business development requires persistence while still representing the company professionally and building positive relationships with prospects.
How You'll Be Measured
This is a performance-driven position, but success is not measured simply by the number of calls made .
We will look at
- Quality target accounts researched
- Decision-makers identified
- Personalized outreach completed
- Prospect response and conversation rates
- Follow-up consistency
- CRM accuracy
- Qualified meetings held
- Sales opportunities created
- New clients generated from your outreach
Our goal is to create qualified new-business opportunities while representing Duzer Group professionally within the medical industry. What Counts as a Qualified Meeting?
A meeting only qualifies for a performance bonus when:
- The practice meets Duzer Group's target criteria
- The meeting is with an appropriate decision-maker, such as a physician, owner, or qualified practice manager
- The prospect understands the purpose of the conversation and has genuine interest in discussing growth or marketing
- The prospect is not an existing Duzer Group client or active opportunity
- The prospect actually attends the scheduled meeting
We reward qualified meetings that are held , not simply appointments placed on a calendar.
Compensation
- MX$26,000–MX$34,000/month base, depending on experience
- Performance bonus for each qualified meeting held
- Additional bonus for each new client generated from your outreach
- Uncapped performance-based earning potential
For an exceptional candidate, we are prepared to offer a highly competitive compensation package based on experience and demonstrated ability.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Remote
- Must be available during agreed-upon U.S. business hours
This is intended to be a long-term position , not a temporary project or side job.
Work Requirements
You must have
- Reliable computer
- High-quality headset
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Fast and stable internet connection
- Backup internet option
- Ability to participate in video meetings and make professional calls without background noise or interruptions
How to Apply Please submit your resume and briefly answer the following questions:
1. How many years of B2B business development, outbound sales, or prospecting experience do you have?
2. What types of U.S. businesses and decision-makers have you previously prospected?
3. Briefly describe how you would research a company before reaching out to a decision-maker.
4. Which outbound channels and sales tools have you used? Please include experience with phone, email, LinkedIn, CRM, prospecting platforms, or other relevant tools.
5. In your most recent relevant role, approximately how many qualified sales meetings were you generating per month, and what counted as a qualified meeting?
6. Are you available to work full-time with substantial overlap with U.S. business hours? Are you currently working for any other companies or clients? If yes, please describe your current commitments.
Who Will Succeed in This Role We're not looking for someone who simply wants a remote job or someone who believes business development means sending hundreds of generic messages.
We're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, persistent, organized, and commercially minded .
If you know how to research a prospect, find the right person, develop a relevant reason to contact them, communicate professionally, and follow up consistently until an opportunity is created, we'd like to hear from you.
