Job Purpose:
Supervise and execute maintenance activities on the shop floor to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment and production processes. This role focuses on daily execution, technical problem-solving, and direct leadership of maintenance technicians, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Reliability
- Execute and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure quick response and effective resolution of equipment failures.
- Support reduction of unplanned downtime through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.




- Ensure accurate and timely use of the CMMS system.

2. Transfers, Start-Up & Support
- Support installation, start-up, and validation of equipment and processes.
- Participate in production line transfers (domestic and international).
- Assist in equipment modifications, plant improvements, and shutdown activities.

3. Team Leadership
- Supervise maintenance technicians (mechanical, electrical, automation).
- Assign daily tasks and monitor execution and performance.
- Provide on-the-job training and technical guidance.
- Ensure discipline, adherence to procedures, and proper work practices.

4. Resource Management (MRO)
- Ensure proper use of spare parts, tools, and materials.
- Support MRO inventory control and report critical spare parts needs.
- Follow up on work orders and material usage.
