Main Responsibilities:
- Learn and utilize Donaldson operating systems (Oracle, Vorne, and reporting tools).
- Understand DAGS2 manufacturing processes and Value Stream Maps (VSM).
- Collect, validate, and analyze production data.
- Lead a Continuous Improvement project using the DMAIC methodology.
- Eliminate bottlenecks
- Streamline critical processes
- Implement a poka-yoke system
- Reduce cycle time for critical machines
- Identify performance losses and root causes.
- Develop and implement improvement actions.




- Monitor and sustain project results and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and kaizen activities.
- Present monthly project progress to the DAGS2 Leadership Staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
