Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical documentation for accurate code assignment.
- Assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and resolve coding discrepancies and documentation issues.
- Work closely with providers, auditors, and billing teams.
- Support quality assurance and coding audit activities.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
- Stay current with coding updates, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional medical coding experience.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Experience with physician coding, outpatient coding, or specialty coding preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare documentation and billing processes.
- Experience working with EHR systems.




- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Certifications
- CPC (Certified Professional Coder) - AAPC
- CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) - AHIMA
- CRC, COC, or other recognized coding certifications are a plus
