_Program Management Manager role involves _leading and oversee the end-to-end execution of manufacturing programs, ensuring delivery of production, quality, safety, cost, and schedule objectives. The role is responsible for optimizing resources and operational capacity while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and manufacturing excellence. _

What a typical day looks like:
- _Interfacing with customers, including solving customer problems, building relationships, and managing escalations. _
- _Leading successfully small to medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment. _




- _Participating in project planning sessions and contributing to timelines and deliverables. _
- _Participating in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives. _
- _Facilitating meetings between different teams to ensure alignment. _
- _Effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders. _
- _Preparing reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes. _
- _Participating in lean initiatives _
