- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human resources or related
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple job levels and functions (preferred)
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies (preferred)
- Experience conducting interviews (preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong customer service skills.
