Radwell International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Engineer to join our growing team in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from MXN 25,000.00 to MXN 27,500.00. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing electronic diagnostics and failure analysis on industrial components and assemblies; reading and interpreting electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation; conducting functional testing and quality inspections on repaired and refurbished equipment; documenting repair processes, test results,



and technical findings accurately and thoroughly; collaborating with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices; supporting the development and maintenance of test fixtures and equipment; ensuring compliance with safety standards and company quality protocols; communicating effectively with internal departments regarding repair status and technical findings; staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to industrial electronics; and assisting in the training and mentoring of junior technicians as needed.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic schematics and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits and systems
- Familiarity with industrial automation components such as PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, and power supplies
