What's the role?:
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will:
- Support mobile and embedded SDK implementations across Android, iOS, and Flutter
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues using stack traces, logs, and debugging tools
- Partner with customers to troubleshoot integrations involving APIs, SDKs, and cloud services
- Analyze root causes and drive permanent solutions for high-impact technical challenges
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and support teams
- Manage multiple priorities and customer engagements in a fast-paced environment

- You are a problem-solver with strong technical depth and a customer-focused mindset, comfortable navigating complex technical environments while communicating clearly with diverse audiences.

You bring:
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mobile platforms and backend integrations
- Knowledge of mapping technologies such as geocoding, routing, navigation, and positioning
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes,



and communicate solutions effectively
- Experience working in customer-facing or cross-functional environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in dynamic environments
- Accountability and ownership to drive tasks through completion
