Virtual Bilingual Operations Assistant (Remote | English & Spanish)

Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days a Week (Includes Weekends)

- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (EST) ( days and after hours will be going over during interview)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Virtual Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day business activities. This role is critical in keeping our operations running smoothly by coordinating with technicians, communicating with customers, and ensuring tasks are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling jobs and managing daily workflow
- Support general operations and administrative tasks
- Help resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain clear and organized communication across the team

Requirements:




- Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written):
- Must be based in Mexico:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Stable, high-speed internet connection
- Must be comfortable being on Zoom video during the entire shift:
- Availability to work overtime when needed (including extended hours and occasional additional days)

Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in the construction or restoration industry:
- Previous operations or administrative experience

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week
