We are hiring a hands-on Content Producer & Social Media Manager to create short-form content for a public-facing health and wellness educator and a consumer wellness brand.

This is not a role focused only on scheduling posts or reporting on analytics. You will identify content opportunities, develop ideas, film with an iPhone, edit short-form videos, publish them, and help us move quickly when there is a relevant trend or timely conversation.

What you’ll do

- Identify relevant TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts trends early and turn them into on-brand, ready-to-film concepts.
- Develop hooks, talking points, scripts, and simple shoot plans.
- Film and edit native short-form videos using a phone and tools such as CapCut.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content around work, workouts, podcast recordings, guest interviews, and other day-to-day moments.
- Manage the short-form content pipeline from idea through filming, editing, approvals, posting, and performance review.
- Create and publish content for a personal brand across TikTok and Instagram.
- Create and publish product and education content for a consumer wellness brand across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Maintain an organized content calendar and library of raw footage, edited videos, scripts, captions, and high-performing concepts.
- Identify strong creator content and organic posts that may be useful for affiliate outreach or paid-ad creative.
- Review performance trends and bring proactive recommendations for what to repeat, improve, or test next.

What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience shooting and editing engaging short-form video content with a phone.
- Strong working ability in CapCut or similar mobile-first editing tools.
- A real instinct for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, including what makes a hook, format,



or trend worth acting on.
- Excellent English writing and a strong understanding of U.S. social media culture.
- Comfortable filming another person and giving clear, supportive direction on camera.
- Organized and self-directed. You can keep a content pipeline moving without needing constant follow-up.
- Based in Mexico City and comfortable working in person around a versátil filming schedule.
- Formal education is not required. We care about the quality of the content you have made.

Portfolio requirement Please include 3-5 specific examples of short-form videos you personally created.

For each example, provide:

- A direct link to the individual TikTok, Reel, or YouTube Short
- A brief note describing exactly what you did, such as concepting, filming, editing, scripting, or posting
- The account name, if applicable

Your examples may be from client work, an employer, freelance projects, or your own account. If you have grown your own social media account and created the content yourself, we would be very interested in seeing it. Please do not submit only a general account link or a generic portfolio. We need to see the specific pieces of content you worked on.

Nice to have

- Experience creating content for a founder, public-facing educator, creator, or personal brand.
- Experience with wellness, beauty, lifestyle, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
- Experience managing content across both a personal brand and a product brand.
- Basic familiarity with product tagging, affiliate content, or paid social creative.
