Reporting to the Director, ISC Engineering - End-to-end (E2E) Project Delivery for the BU and indirect to the E2E Value Stream Leader (as appropriate), the ISC E2E Engineering Delivery Leaderis accountable for working across all ISC Engineering functions to organize, lead and deliver E2E project(s) for industrialization of new product introductions (NPIs), large capital investment projects and/or significant modernization projects spanning concept through full manufacturing validation and operational handoff.

For NPD Projects: Will serve as a core team member and will align with R&D;,



Business Units and Operations to support the translation of innovation into robust, compliant, and manufacturable solutions—on time, within budget, while meeting all quality and safety standards.

For Non-NPD Projects: Will serve as a core team leader for a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end projects.

For all industrialization projects, the ISC E2E Project Delivery Leader will be the single point of contact and accountability for the BU.

Key Accountabilities

This position is accountable for working across all ISC Engineering functions to horizontally align appropriate levels of technical talent to projects while interfacing with Business Units and other functional leaders to ensure project delivery excellence.

End-to-End Project Execution
- Provides E2E project execution spanning concept development, design transfer, equipment procurement, installation, qualification, and validation across the assigned manufacturing site(s).
