We are looking for a talented Software Developer with experience in Contact Center technologies and cloud-based solutions to help design, develop, and enhance innovative customer experience platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for Contact Center environments.
- Configure, customize, and integrate Amazon Connect solutions.
- Create dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions using Amazon QuickSight.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
- Experience working with AWS services.
- Experience with Amazon QuickSight.




- Knowledge of or experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language Requirement
- Advanced English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking teams and stakeholders.

Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
