A hotel reservation is often the first step of an important trip.

It may be a family vacation, a business visit, a weekend getaway, a wedding, or a special celebration. As a Hotel Reservations Specialist, you will help English-speaking travelers select accommodations that match their destination, budget, dates, and personal preferences.

Customers will contact us directly because they are already exploring hotel options. Your responsibility will be to create a clear and helpful conversation, present suitable alternatives, answer questions, and successfully complete the booking.

This role combines hospitality, customer service, communication, and commercial ability.

During each inbound call, you may:
- Ask about the traveler’s destination and travel dates.
- Learn whether the trip is for business, leisure, family, or a special event.
- Identify the customer’s budget and preferred hotel features.
- Present available properties and room options.
- Explain rates, promotions, amenities, and relevant booking details.




- Clarify questions about location, availability, or accommodation options.
- Help the traveler evaluate alternatives.
- Confirm the selected hotel reservation.
- Record the customer interaction and booking information accurately.
- You will not make cold calls. Customers contact the reservations team because they are already interested in finding accommodations.
