Product Engineering Manager

Education:Communications and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial, Computing systems or similar.

Experience:Requires minimum of 5 years of related experience;
Knowledge: English 90%, 6 sigma, Engineering Change Order (ECOs), AVL updates through MCOs, customer conference calls, Deviation process from Customer. Manufacturing Process, Projects planing, AGILE, ORACLE, electronics, engineering changes, Rohs, English (90% Min.) MRB analysis, assembly drawings and specifications NPI.

Required skills:Fluency and communication, analytical, methodical, results-oriented, Teamwork.

Personality trait: Ability to negotiate, Sense of urgency and proactive.

Responsibilities:
- ECO/MCO/Deviation management control system and production floor implementations
- MRB controls
- Product Technicians training development and activities coordination
- To develop continuos improvement projects
- To lead and coordinate ECO weekly customer conference calls as well as internal ECO meetings with Materials and Program Management departments.
