Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
- Convert outbound sales activity into booked orders through effective product knowledge and follow-up
- Support sales initiatives by executing follow-up from field sales visits and line presentations
- Maintain consistent account touchpoints to drive ongoing engagement and sales velocity
- Accurately capture and close sales opportunities generated through outbound activity

Systems and Order Management
- Enter, manage, and modify wholesale orders using NuOrder and Shopify B2B
- Maintain accurate account records, contacts, notes, and activity tracking in HubSpot
- Ensure pricing, discounts, terms, and payment settings are correctly applied across all systems

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales Representatives to ensure seamless execution of sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Ops, and IT to resolve system or order issues
- Support sales launches, promotions, and initiatives through accurate system setup and execution




- Participate in occasional tradeshows and company sales meetings as required
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education and Experience
- 2 to 3 years of inside sales or wholesale sales experience
- Hands-on experience with NuOrder, Shopify B2B, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting field sales execution and order follow-through
- Knowledge of apparel, fitness, or specialty retail industries p
