The intern will support in DAGS1 to optimize the process control documents (Traveler sheet and AUPROs) used in the shop floor. He/She will work with the Engineering / Production / Quality team to identify improvement initiatives to have better availability, control, and reliability and make them easier to use by the operators. The traveler sheets in shop floor are complicated to use, parameters not updated, not available in the operation, and create a lot of paper waste.

Main Responsibilities:
- Work and lead cross-functional teams (Eng/Prod/Quality).
- Redesign the template of traveler sheets to make it easier to use by the operator.




- Re-evaluate and optimize parameters in the traveler sheet to match vs the current specifications on process & product.
- Upgrade and improve the travel sheet database (Excel macro) to make it more user-friendly.
- Add Traveler sheet to the QMS-controlled document system.
- Horizontal deployment to all lines from DAGS1.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English Level
- Proficiency in Excel macros (advanced level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
