- Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in thermal management solutions.
- Support technical decision-making by balancing performance, cost, quality, and manufacturability.





Perfil buscado

A successful Staff Mechanical Engineer should have:
- Strong knowledge of thermal systems
- Academic background in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Experience in engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and design tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English
