We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of the Pure app.

What will you do?

- Deal with user complaints in system chats , identify the root causes and promptly find solutions to correct them;
- Answer user letters in the customer service system , help users with their tech or other issues, provide customers comprehensive information about the company’s services and products;
- Analyse users' queries , check the information from users in different systems (admin-panel, analytical system, Google console, users logs system, payment merchant system)



and make a decision about posting the problem in corporate chat to resolve it with developers/product managers;
- Resolving financial chargeback disputes ;
- 2 days on / 2 days off 13PM – 1AM CST

Who are we looking for?

- You enjoy resolving issues and helping others
- You have a high level of English and French will be a big plus
- Experience working in Customer Support
