Dealer Operations Sr. Consultant

At Geely Mexico, we are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to join our Dealer Operations team. This role will be responsible for transforming dealer performance data into actionable insights, driving operational excellence, and supporting continuous improvement across our nationwide dealer network.

What You'll Do

Dealer Performance Analytics & Reporting

- Consolidate, validate, and analyze dealer performance data from multiple business areas, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Dealer Development, Training, and Aftersales.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards, rankings, and executive reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Identify performance trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Manage dealer incentive and bonus calculations based on KPI achievement and established scorecard methodologies.
- Monitor dealer guideline compliance and support performance reporting initiatives.

Dealer Program Administration & Support

- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers regarding scorecards, KPIs, incentive calculations, and program guidelines.
- Coordinate the end-to-end administration of dealer incentive programs.
- Manage relationships with external providers, including contract administration, budget tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Support the standardization of dealer processes and KPIs across the dealer network and internal business areas.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of dealer management tools and reporting systems.

Financial Performance & Dealer Organization Management

- Collect, validate,



and analyze financial performance data from dealer partners.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor dealer profitability and operational effectiveness.
- Manage dealer organizational structure reporting and workforce tracking.
- Support dealer teams with reporting processes, training, and operational follow-up to achieve performance objectives.

Performance Improvement & Project Coordination

- Ensure timely publication of performance reports and KPI tracking.
- Drive accountability across business functions to guarantee data quality and reporting deadlines.
- Partner with dealers and internal stakeholders to develop and implement performance improvement action plans.
- Monitor execution and results of dealer scorecard improvement initiatives.
- Support cross-functional projects focused on enhancing dealer operations and business performance.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in dealer operations, performance analysis, or business reporting within the automotive industry.
- Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
- Strong understanding of dealer operations, including sales, aftersales, marketing, and financial performance metrics.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency for reporting and communication with regional and integral stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
