We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team. This role is central to ensuring the successful execution of complex initiatives from initiation through completion. Responsibilities

- Drive stakeholder engagement and lead discovery efforts to identify and clarify ownership across initiatives

- Coordinate communications, manage deadlines, and oversee governance activities to keep projects on track

- Facilitate leadership reviews and lead escalation discussions to resolve issues and maintain momentum

- Track organizational readiness and monitor accountability across teams and workstreams

- Ensure alignment and collaboration between business and technology teams to support unified project execution

Requirements

- A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience

- At least 3 years of experience in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles
- A minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team of 20 or more employees

- Experience participating in at least 5 full-cycle projects, or involvement in multiple projects spanning different phases of the development lifecycle

- Proven experience managing large, cross-functional enterprise programs





- Demonstrated success in driving initiatives across multiple technology and business organizations

- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences

- Experience leading governance forums and organizational change initiatives

- Ability to influence and align stakeholders without relying on direct authority

- Experience preparing executive communications and status reports for senior leadership

- Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher), with the ability to clearly and effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
