Business Development Lead / Sales Representative Location: Mexico City (On-site)

We're looking for a Business Development Lead to help accelerate the growth of our company by identifying new markets, generating qualified opportunities, and closing new business. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys owning the sales process from prospecting to closing, and wants to have a direct impact on company growth.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
Collaborate closely with leadership to improve sales processes and support business growth.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle.





3+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Executive, or similar client-facing roles.
~ Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals.
~ Experience selling professional services, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, consulting, EOR, or B2B solutions is highly preferred.
~ Comfortable engaging with executives and business owners.
~ Experience using CRM platforms and LinkedIn for prospecting.
~ Highly organized with excellent follow-up and pipeline management skills.
~ Professional-level English (written and spoken). Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
