Role Description The Mental Health Specialist will provide remote, part-time support to clients accessing MantraCare’s digital and hybrid care services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, offering evidence-based interventions, and coordinating care for individuals across a range of mental health needs.



The specialist will collaborate with the broader clinical and AI-support teams to monitor progress, adjust care plans, and ensure continuity of support. Duties also include maintaining accurate documentation, participating in case reviews, and adhering to ethical and regulatory standards. This role requires comfort with virtual care technologies and a commitment to accessible, person-centered mental health support.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Mental Health Care and Mental Health, with experience supporting diverse populations and needs.
Candidates should possess knowledge in Psychology, including applied theories and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Candidates should possess Case Management skills, including care coordination, treatment planning, and follow-up.
Candidates should possess Crisis Intervention skills, with the ability to assess risk, de-escalate situations, and implement safety plans.
