IT Support Specialist – Mexico City

About the Role
Sharp Brains Limited is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support across end-user computing, office IT infrastructure, asset management, and technology projects.
The adecuado candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with IT hardware and workplace technologies, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities
End-User & Technical Support
Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Install, configure, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and user issues.
Escalate complex incidents to Level 2/remote support teams.

Office IT Infrastructure
Support LAN, Wi-Fi, printing, voice, AV, conference room, and workplace technologies.




Install and troubleshoot switches, routers, wireless access points, and related equipment.
Support digital signage, smart-office solutions, and meeting room technologies.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and support planned maintenance activities.

IT Asset Management
Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular asset audits.
Coordinate warranty repairs, redeployment, disposal, and stock management.
Ensure compliance with asset management and audit requirements.

Projects & Site Support
Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and IT infrastructure projects.
Provide remote hands and onsite assistance for technology deployments.
Support business events, demonstrations, and special technology requirements.
Escort and coordinate third-party vendors when required.
