Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional projects from initial quotation and design review through PPAP, production launch, and final handoff to Operations. This position ensures that project scope, timelines, budgets, expected benefits, customer requirements, and quality expectations are consistently achieved.
The Project Manager serves as the key connection between customers, internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment, accountability, and transparent communication throughout every phase of the project.

Project Planning & Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with clearly defined scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.
Lead projects from initial concept and quotation through development, validation, launch, and production handoff.
