Felix Technology Inc. is seeking an Electronic/Telecommunication Technical Solutions & Sourcing Specialist to support high-value, time-sensitive technical opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of technical evaluation, strategic sourcing, and commercial analysis. You will take ownership of assigned opportunities - working cross-functionally and externally to shape a competitive, well-documented solution package that can be executed smoothly.

This is a high-accountability role suited for someone who is technical, analytical, structured, commercially aware, and confident engaging with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities (High-Level)

● Interpret technical and commercial requirements to shape solution strategy, direction and scope

● Engage and evaluate external suppliers/manufacturers to develop viable solution options

● Perform comparative analysis (technical fit, lead time, certifications, commercial terms, total cost)





● Support negotiations and commercial alignment to improve competitiveness and reduce risk

● Coordinate internal inputs and approvals to ensure quality and timeliness

● Produce structured documentation that supports both decision-making and downstream delivery teams

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field

● 3+ years of experience in one or more of: technical sourcing, technical procurement, solution engineering, or technical-commercial roles

● Strong English communication (written + verbal)

● Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools

Experience in compliance-driven or regulated environments is an asset
