The Roaming & Service Assurance Sr. Consultant is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end availability, performance and customer experience of international roaming and interconnection services. The role provides advanced technical support, coordinates complex investigations and escalations, and works across Mobile Core, NOC, O&M;, vendors, IPX providers and international operators to restore services, identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Provide advanced L2 technical support for roaming and interconnection incidents and coordinate L3 investigations and escalations through technical closure.
Lead troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), correlating alarms, KPIs/KQIs, signaling traces, logs and customer impact.
Coordinate end-to-end troubleshooting across Mobile Core, IMS, EPC/5GC, signaling, IPX, transport and visited networks.
Monitor service health and roaming KPIs for voice, data, SMS, LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi and 5G.
Participate in Major Incident Management and coordinate technical recovery with internal teams, vendors and international operators.




Identify recurring incidents and contribute to Problem Management, Known Errors and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support service launches, interoperability testing, configuration validation and roaming partner activities.
Develop runbooks, technical documentation, dashboards and automation initiatives to improve observability and reduce MTTR.
Provide technical support to Commercial, Wholesale/Carrier Services, B2B and Customer Experience teams when required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant telecommunications experience, with demonstrated experience in Roaming, Mobile Core, Service Assurance or advanced technical support.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting mobile voice, data and SMS services, including signaling traces and logs.
Solid understanding of LTE/EPC and VoLTE/IMS, with practical knowledge of technologies such as HLR/HSS, Diameter, SS7/SIGTRAN, SIP or DNS.
