IT Technician Job Description

Location: Club Med Columbus
You are:
Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in IT systems and technology.

Proactive and solution-oriented, able to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
You will:
Provide technical support to GOs, GE and management across the resort.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, network equipment and other IT devices.
Ensure IT systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained.
Manage user accounts, access rights and basic system configurations.
Monitor the resort's IT infrastructure and escalate complex technical issues when necessary.




Support the implementation and maintenance of Club Med IT systems and applications.
Assist with IT-related projects, upgrades and new technology deployments.
Ensure IT procedures, security standards and company policies are followed.
Provide technical assistance during events and operational activities when required.
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, incidents and interventions.
Work closely with the headquarters and local teams to ensure a high level of IT service throughout the resort.
You have:
Previous experience in IT support, technical support, systems administration or a similar position.
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and common business applications.
Basic knowledge of computer networks, Wi-Fi, printers and IT infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in hospitality, hotels or resorts is a plus.
