Responsabilidades Principales

Liderazgo y Gestión de Personal

Supervisar y desarrollar al equipo de Ingenieros, Técnicos e Inspectores de Calidad.
Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño y planes de desarrollo del personal.
Asignar prioridades, cargas de trabajo y recursos del departamento.
Promover una cultura de calidad, seguridad y mejora continua.
Coordinar actividades entre Calidad, Manufactura, Ingeniería, Compras y Cadena de Suministro.

Gestión de Calidad

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad internos y externos.
Liderar la resolución de problemas de calidad mediante metodologías estructuradas.
Gestionar investigaciones de causa raíz y acciones correctivas/preventivas.
Desarrollar e implementar controles de calidad para procesos y productos.
Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con calidad.
