Strategic Account Manager Job Description.

As one of the first employees of Tropical IT Inc your core responsibilities will be the growth of your accounts, maintaining healthy margins, generating processes and supply chain partnerships, team building, and pursuing the short,



mid and long term goals of the Company. You will receive guidance from upper management and the board of directors of the Company.

This position is a Full Time job and does support a hybrid working modality. The current location is not yet fixed; founder's home, WeWorks, or even coffee shops.

Job Responsibilities:
● Generate new business opportunities and accounts.
● Bring additional revenue.
● Manage multiple accounts.
● Maintain healthy gross profit margins per project.
● Monitor multiple projects from initiation to delivery.
● Manage day-to-day team interactions and project requirements.
● Develop and maintain project plans, budget, communication, risk-register, and other deliverables to ensure successful project delivery.
● Monitor tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
