Position Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager, Production Operations to act as the strategic and operational bridge between clients, account teams, creative teams and production functions. This role evolves the traditional Production Planner position by combining client leadership, production workflow management and cross-functional coordination.

The adecuado candidate comes from a creative or integrated agency environment, has experience leading day-to-day client relationships, and possesses a strong understanding of production processes, content development, adaptation workflows, project delivery and stakeholder management. This person will ensure projects move efficiently from briefing to delivery while maintaining full visibility of timelines, scope, resources, risks and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and internal agency stakeholders.
Build trusted relationships with marketing, brand and production teams.
Lead status meetings, production reviews and project updates.




Translate client business objectives into actionable production plans.
Manage expectations and proactively communicate project status, risks and mitigation plans.
Production Planning & Delivery
Coordinate the end-to-end production process, from intake and briefing through final delivery.
Oversee timelines, milestones, dependencies and production calendars.
Partner with Creative, Project Management, Production, Media, Data and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor workload, priorities and resource allocation across multiple projects.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, client requirements and delivery deadlines.
Operational Excellence
Drive adherence to established production workflows, governance and best practices.
Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans.
Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce deliver
