Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Data & AI Operations Engineer to build and maintain robust data pipelines, ensure high data quality, and drive support automation. In this role, you will manage core business metrics, streamline user inquiries using AI agents, and collaborate directly with cross-functional BI partners to align on key enterprise metrics—all while adhering to strict privacy and data security standards.

Technical Proficiency & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI application/agent development frameworks.
Data Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience modeling and analyzing business metrics, including vector subscriptions, entitlements, feature adoption, and customer retention.
Security & Privacy Compliance: Deep commitment to security best practices; proven ability to work effectively with service-level data while maintaining zero access to sensitive customer Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Management: Build,



maintain, and optimize data pipelines and tables, ensuring overall system health, proactive monitoring, and rigorous testing against breakages.
Support & Monitoring: Monitor dedicated support channels and user chat queues to provide rapid resolution for user inquiries using established operational playbooks.
AI Agent Development: Assist in building, testing, and refining AI support agents to automate responses and resolve repetitive user queries at scale.
Data Quality Assurance: Perform detailed data quality audits and deep-dive investigations to verify the precision and accuracy of reported business metrics.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate directly with the CloudBI PACE team (specifically Fran, Galan, and Rodrigo) to define, standardize, and govern unified definitions for bookings and enterprise business data
