About us
OBVIO is a company specialized in project management for the Travel Retail sector. We support leading integral brands from initial brief through to the installation of permanent fixtures and brand activations (HPP) in duty-free stores worldwide.
We are looking to add a Back Office Analyst to our team, joining the Administration and Finance area to provide cross-functional support across projects, accounting, and client/vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Finance
- Manage accounts payable, including control of invoices due for payment
- Manage and track accounts receivable
- Post and control sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations, including preparation
- Accounting entries / bookkeeping
- Oversight of accounting across multiple entities
- Cash flow preparation and monitoring
- Payment scheduling and follow-up, including weekly payment reports
- Communication with banks
Administration




- Complete administrative forms
- Register vendor invoices
- Maintain administrative communication with vendors
Accounting
- Multicompany
Documentation
- Prepare documentation for External Auditors
- Keep administrative documentation up to date
*Project Management
- Administrative follow-up on projects — assign invoicing-stage tasks
- Control project documentation
- Monitor project invoicing status, including collection deadlines
Clients & Vendors
- Vendor registration for international clients
- Update banking information
- Manage NDAs
- Communicate with clients on administrative documentation
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Resolve administrative queries
