In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

* Partner closely with manufacturing and operations teams to achieve safety,
quality, productivity, delivery, and cost objectives.

* Plan, develop, and lead continuous improvement projects focused on welding,
heat treatment, surface finishing, and material flow.

* Ensure fabrication processes comply with engineering standards, material
specifications, and quality and environmental management systems.

* Analyze process deviations, identify root causes, and implement sustainable
technical solutions supported by clear documentation.

* Lead lean initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and lower
manufacturing costs using structured improvement methodologies.

* Communicate project status, risks, and results to cross‑functional
stakeholders, fostering transparency and shared accountability.

For This Role, You Will Need:

* B.S. in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related
field.

* Hands‑on experience supporting or leading manufacturing processes related to
welding, heat treatment, and surface finishing.

* Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve technical problems, and implement
process improvements in a production environment.

* Working knowledge of engineering standards, quality systems, and safe
manufacturing practices.

* Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain
technical concepts to diverse audiences.

* Ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time
