Role Description This full-time, on-site Residente de Obra role is based in Pesquería, NL. The position is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring that work is executed according to plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The Residente de Obra coordinates contractors and subcontractors, manages schedules, monitors progress,



and reports on project status to leadership. The role includes reviewing technical drawings, validating materials and quantities, controlling costs, and supporting resolution of on-site issues to keep the project on time and within budget. The Residente de Obra also collaborates closely with design, engineering, and administrative teams to ensure alignment between conceptual vision and on-site execution.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods, preferably with experience in building or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and technical specifications, with the ability to verify quantities and quality on site.
Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and on-site supervision, including managing contractors and monitoring progress against milestones.
Solid understanding of safety regulations, local construction codes,
