Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee residential solar projects from sale through completion. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining project timelines, coordinating with homeowners and internal teams, managing documentation, and ensuring all milestones are met in accordance with internal SLAs. This position is idóneo for someone with solar industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Homeowner Communication
Drafting and delivering milestone updates
Communication with homeowners during active and hold project statuses
Communication with homeowners after PTO’d status (Permission to Operate) until exit checklist is complete
Collection of items from homeowners and follow-ups
Dealing with escalating customers

Project Management
Progressing accounts within OWE SLAs
Interdepartmental communication and coordination
Understanding the local office market, AHJs, and utilitie
