The Role
We are looking for a Content Strategist / Social Media Manager who is genuinely obsessed with social media. Not another generic "content creator." This is someone who can take high level direction and turn it into a real, executable content system across multiple clients.

We are looking for someone to provide trend adaptations, hooks, references, sounds, shot lists, captions, and a calendar ready to review and approve.

Who You Are




You’re the person who is always thinking on TikTok and Instagram. You understand what makes someone stop scrolling, why certain content performs, and how to turn a brand’s goals into ideas people actually want to watch, save, share, and talk about. You’re equal parts creative and strategic. You can spot TikTok trend before it feels overdone, write a strong hook, build out a content series, find the right references, and explain why an idea makes sense for a brand.

Important: You’re also organized enough to take those ideas from concept to calendar.

You’re a great fit if you:
Live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, and social media
Have a strong instinct for trends, internet culture, and what makes content feel current
Can independently brainstorm original content concepts and recurring series
Come up with strong hooks, scripts, captions, and on-screen copy
Are comfortable analyzing performance and using insights to improve future content
