Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based at Instituto Bilingüe Kennedy in Cuautitlán Izcalli, MEX.

The English

Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and academic standards. Daily activities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes across assigned grade levels, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to learners and families. The role involves maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment, incorporating diverse teaching resources, and using a variety of instructional strategies to support different learning styles.

The English

Teacher collaborates with colleagues, attends staff meetings and school events, and participates in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

- Ability to teach English effectively, with strong English Teaching and Teaching skills.




- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation to design structured, engaging classes.
- Background in Education, with knowledge of pedagogical best practices and learner-centered approaches.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certification is an advantage.
- Experience teaching English in a bilingual or school setting is preferred.
- Ability to manage classrooms, support diverse learners, and foster an inclusive, respectful environment.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
