SARELLY

Ciudad de México

Reports to: Creative Director Anna Sarelly (Showrunner)

Works closely with: CMO, Brand Social, Creative Studio, external production partners

Location: Mexico City

Type: Full-time

Experience: 3+ years THE ROLESARELLY is a cultural-first beauty brand born in Mexico and built for the next generation of Latinas. We’re now building Entertainment into a core pillar of the brand.

At the center is Drama en la Chamba, our original entertainment franchise, with ambitions to expand across episodic storytelling, YouTube, social content and future original IP.

We are looking for an Entertainment Studio Producer to turn our Founder & Showrunner’s creative vision into a consistently produced, distributed and growing entertainment engine.

You will own the day-to-day machinery behind SARELLY Entertainment: taking ideas from concept through production, post-production and distribution, while building the systems required to deliver consistently.

You will also turn every hero production into a broader stream of platform-native storytelling that keeps audiences engaged between episodes and seasons.

The goal is simple: enable the Showrunner to focus on vision, storytelling, characters and creative direction—not production management, editing workflows or publishing logistics.

This is neither a traditional TV producer nor social media role. We need someone who understands both sides of modern entertainment: producing a show and programming it for a YouTube-first, digital-native audience.

ABOUT SARELLYSARELLY is a fast-growing beauty brand born in Mexico, founded by creator Anna Sarelly and beauty executive Rémi Martini.

Since launching beauty in 2023, SARELLY has rapidly expanded across DTC and leading retailers in Mexico and the U.S. In 2026, the brand was named Breakthrough Brand of the Year at The Business of Beauty Global Awards and is launching nationwide at Target.

Our ambition is to build one of the most culturally relevant beauty brands to emerge from Latin America.

WHAT YOU’LL DO01 — RUN ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTIONOwn end-to-end production for Drama en la Chamba and future original formats.

You will

- Own the Entertainment production calendar and priorities
- Translate the Showrunner’s vision into production plans, briefs, timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate scripts, pre-production, shoots, post-production and final delivery
- Manage production companies, agencies, editors, freelancers and other partners
- Own budgets and production economics, including cost per episode or format
- Manage schedules, resources, feedback rounds and approvals
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and at the expected creative standard
- Identify production risks early and recommend solutions
- Build clear production workflows and approval processes
- Assess capacity and recommend external or internal resources as the vertical grows
- Prepare decisions, consolidate feedback and independently resolve day-to-day execution issues within established creative direction

A major measure of success is Showrunner leverage: Anna should spend significantly more time on vision, story, characters and major creative decisions—and less on production management and execution. This is a hands-on role.

You should be senior enough to build the operating model and manage partners, while comfortable getting into the details required to make the work happen.

02 — BUILD THE CONTENT MULTIPLICATION ENGINEBuild a repeatable system that transforms every hero production into a broader stream of content that extends the story and grows the audience.

Formats may include

- Trailers, teasers and recaps
- Character edits and spotlights
- Behind-the-scenes and cast reactions
- Best moments and plot-twist edits
- Shorts and platform-native cutdowns
- Extended scenes and community-driven content

You will define how derivative content is planned, produced and delivered with editors, freelancers and production partners. AI should be integral to how you work. Use AI-powered creative and editing tools to identify high-potential moments, accelerate repurposing and increase the speed and volume of content without compromising quality. Continuously test emerging tools and integrate the best into the Studio workflow.

03 — OWN ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAMMING & YOUTUBEOwn and develop SARELLY’s Entertainment YouTube channel as the dedicated home of SARELLY Entertainment.

You will

- Build and manage the Entertainment editorial calendar
- Define programming cadence around episodes, seasons and key moments
- Package and sequence hero and derivative content for YouTube
- Oversee publishing and channel development
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, formats, runtime and release cadence
- Analyze watch time, completion, returning viewership and other audience signals
- Use performance learnings to inform programming and production
- Recommend how Entertainment extends across TikTok and Instagram
- Partner with Brand Social to integrate Entertainment into SARELLY’s broader social calendar

This role owns the Entertainment programming stream and SARELLY Entertainment YouTube channel, not SARELLY’s overall social media calendar.

THE PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FORYou are first and foremost a producer and operator who understands YouTube-native entertainment.

You know how to take a creative vision and build the people, process, budget and production rhythm required to deliver it consistently.

You have personally worked on content produced for YouTube and understand how format, cadence, packaging, audience behavior and iteration differ from traditional production.

Your background may come from YouTube-first entertainment, creator-led media, serialized digital content, digital publishing or a modern entertainment studio.

Traditional production experience alone is not enough. Social media expertise alone is not enough. We want someone who has actually made entertainment for digital audiences and turned creative ambition into a repeatable production operation.

WHAT MATTERS MOSTThe strongest candidates will have:

- Produced recurring or serialized YouTube content on a consistent publishing schedule
- Experience with seasons,

episodes and recurring formats—not only campaigns
- Strong end-to-end production experience from development through final delivery
- An AI-native mindset, constantly experimenting with tools to increase creative possibilities, speed and output
- Experience owning production budgets and economics
- Managed production companies, agencies, editors, freelancers and other partners
- Built production workflows or systems where none existed
- Strong understanding of YouTube programming and performance metrics, including packaging, cadence, retention and viewership
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram ecosystems
- Experience turning episodic content into short-form and platform-native formats
- Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts
- The judgment to protect a creative founder’s vision without needing to be the author of it
- Excellent project-management skills and confidence making day-to-day decisions independently
- Strong understanding of Latino audiences, culture and entertainment
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English

HOW WE’LL MEASURE SUCCESS

- Production excellence: Projects are consistently delivered on time, on budget and at the expected creative standard.
- Showrunner leverage: Anna focuses on creative vision and major decisions rather than production execution.
- YouTube growth: SARELLY builds a distinctive, consistently programmed Entertainment destination with growing watch time, returning viewership and engagement.
- Content multiplication: Every hero production generates a strong stream of derivative, platform-native storytelling.
- Audience development: Audience behavior and performance data increasingly inform programming and production.
- Operational excellence: Workflows become clearer, faster and less dependent on individuals.
- Production economics: Clear visibility into costs and resource requirements by episode and format.
- Entertainment scalability: A repeatable engine supports Drama en la Chamba and future original IP.
