Technical Skills
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Epic design, build, configuration, testing
- Strong understanding of ITSM and Change management process

- Leads or actively participates in client/SME discussions
- Independently gathers requirements and designs workflows
- Strong understanding of end-to-end workflows and system impact
- Supports upgrades, enhancements, optimization initiatives
- Able to own documentation, testing scripts, and support activities
- Troubleshoots issues and proposes scalable solutions
- Owns/leads projects/workstreams (not just tasks)
- Able to independently lead design workshops with client stakeholders (Solution Architect)
- Mentors junior team members
- Communicates effectively with technical & business stakeholders
