CONEXIG is seeking a Finance professional based in Mexico to join our team as an FP&A; Analyst, supporting our global financial operations and contributing to effective financial planning, reporting, and decision-making across the organization.

The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or FP&A;, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and operational finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare financial insights for management.
- Track intercompany transactions, balances, shared-service allocations, and royalty-related activities.
- Coordinate with bookkeeping/accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
- Support monthly financial workflows, reconciliations, documentation, and financial controls.

Qualifications:





- Professional background in Finance, Accounting, FP&A;, or a related field.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with intercompany transactions, shared services, or royalty structures is highly valued.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage recurring financial workflows.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Previous consulting experience is preferred.
