Full Stack Application Developer near shore

We are looking for a full stack developer who can contribute across the entire application lifecycle. This role involves building high quality software, improving existing systems, and collaborating with teams to deliver reliable, scalable features. The adecuado candidate is comfortable working on both the front end and back end, understands modern engineering practices, and can help drive development efforts forward with clarity and ownership.

Required Skills

- Experience creating and maintaining complex software applications, including design, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Front end development skills using JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks such as React
- Back end development experience with languages such as NodeJS and Python for API and service development
- Ability to work across the stack, integrating user interfaces with backend services, databases, API layers, and cloud environments
- Familiarity with emerging AI-assisted development tools for improving code quality, reviewing logic, or enhancing existing systems

Bonus Skills

- Experience working in collaborative engineering teams
- Understanding of CI and CD workflows
- Interest in exploring new tools and practices that improve developer productivity
