About the job

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. If you’re a strategic thinker with sharp design skills, a strong digital focus, and experience collaborating with US-based teams, we’d love to connect. You’ll work on a wide range of creative projects—from brand identity to email campaigns to digital content—for purpose-driven brands across different industries.

What you’ll do:

- Design everything from scratch or evolve existing work—branding, social, email, marketing assets, you name it.
- Own the visual execution of projects with a sharp eye for craft and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our creative is not only great-looking but high-performing.
- Retouch, resize, and edit imagery to make every visual work across platforms and formats.
- Bring a systems-thinking approach to our design process, helping evolve and maintain cohesive brand systems.

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong digital portfolio.
- Strong, proven experience using creative AI tools.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Based in Latinamerica and fluent in English.




- Comfortable working with US-based clients and remote teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
