Job Title: Contracts Specialist – Associate Level (Health)

Location: Mexico City (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Specialist at the Associate level to join our team in Mexico City. The idóneo candidate will have strong communication skills in English and either German or Portuguese, and will play a key role in managing and executing contract-related activities to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, and business units, to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals.
- Maintain accurate contract records and ensure timely renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Support contract compliance and risk mitigation efforts by identifying potential issues and escalating when needed.




- Assist in the development and improvement of contract templates and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and clients in English and either German or Portuguese to clarify contract terms and resolve queries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English and either German or Portuguese (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in multinational or cross-cultural environments.
- Basic understanding of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to contracts.
