As an HCP Engagement Specialist - Contracting Specialist - Associate, you will engage with clients to support risk management and compliance initiatives within our Risk and Compliance practice. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate contracting processes and validate smooth operations. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.
You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will participate in project tasks, engage in research, and develop basic skills and knowledge. You will be part of a dynamic team within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network, where adaptability and flexibility are key. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be encouraged to ask questions and use challenges as opportunities for growth.
You will also have the chance to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations,
contributing to the broader objectives of your projects and the overall strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conducting risk analysis and developing mitigation strategies for client engagements
- Implementing compliance programs and overseeing contractual risk monitoring
- Reviewing contracts and negotiating intellectual property rights to safeguard client interests
- Collaborating with teams to enhance governance frameworks and risk management solutions
- Monitoring compliance with sanctions policies and anti-money laundering regulations
- Developing risk management frameworks and reporting on risk identification and evaluation
- Handling confidential information with discretion and adhering to business ethics
- Supporting crisis management efforts and advising on compliance risk assessments
- Utilizing data security measures to prevent data loss and protect personal information
- Engaging in investigative decision-making and risk communication to inform stakeholders
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Finance
- Demonstrating knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Compliance
- Utilizing skills in Contract Review and Contractual Risk Mitigation
- Engaging in Compliance Program Implementation and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Applying Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) in client projects
- Developing proficiency in Data Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Excelling in Intellectual Property Rights Negotiations and Master Agreements
