As an HCP Engagement Specialist - Contracting Specialist - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements within our Risk and Compliance practice. You will be involved in risk management tasks, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that address client needs and enhance operational efficiency. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.

You will be exposed to clients, building meaningful connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will engage in research and participate in project tasks, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will uphold professional and technical standards,



contributing to the broader objectives of your projects and understanding how your work fits into the overall strategy.

Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagement by contributing to risk management projects and initiatives
- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs and risk management frameworks
- Conducting risk analysis and identifying potential compliance issues within contractual agreements
- Reviewing and drafting contracts to mitigate contractual risks and validate compliance with legal standards
- Collaborating with teams to monitor and report on risk management activities and compliance status
- Engaging in investigative decision-making to address compliance challenges and propose solutions
- Utilizing knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance to advise on risk mitigation strategies
- Handling confidential information with discretion and adhering to business ethics
- Participating in training sessions to enhance understanding of compliance advisement and oversight
- Contributing to the development of governance frameworks and risk management solutions

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Finance
- Demonstrating knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Compliance
- Utilizing skills in Contract Review and Contractual Risk Mitigation
- Engaging in Compliance Program Implementation and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Developing proficiency in Data Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Participating in Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS)
- Excelling in Intellectual Property Rights Negotiations and Master Agreements
