As an HCP Engagement Specialist - Contracting Specialist - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements within our Risk and Compliance group. You will be responsible for managing risk and compliance processes, contributing to the development of risk management strategies, and supporting client interactions. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.

You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge to support senior staff effectively.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network, specifically in the Health PLS Ops Managed Services sector. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. This position offers a chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving,



using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagement by contributing to risk management projects
- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs
- Conducting contract reviews and identifying contractual risks
- Monitoring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with teams to develop risk mitigation strategies
- Participating in risk analysis and reporting to inform decision-making
- Engaging in the oversight of compliance advisement and governance frameworks
- Handling confidential information with discretion and business ethics
- Utilizing risk management frameworks to support client operations
- Facilitating the negotiation of intellectual property rights and master agreements

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Finance
- Demonstrating knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Compliance
- Utilizing skills in Contract Review and Contractual Risk Mitigation
- Engaging in Compliance Program Implementation and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Developing proficiency in Data Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Participating in Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS)
- Excelling in Intellectual Property Rights Negotiations and Master Agreements
