Role Overview The Senior Healthcare Analytics Business Analyst / Domain SME serves as the primary subject-matter expert, translating complex healthcare operational, clinical, and business requirements into actionable specifications for data and engineering teams. This role bridges healthcare business needs with modern cloud and data solutions to drive impactful analytics products.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements & Use Case Definition: Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, data needs, and analytics workflows.
- Agile & Delivery Support: Partner with Product Owners, data engineers, and architects in a SAFe Agile environment, utilizing Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management.
- Healthcare Domain Leadership: Apply deep domain expertise in healthcare data, KPIs, and industry best practices to guide solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Migration & Platform Evolution:



Support the transition from the current Azure DevOps/data environment toward a modern architecture leveraging Databricks and AWS S3.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate requirements elicitation and maintain cross-functional communication between healthcare business stakeholders and technical execution teams.

Technical & Domain Requirements

- Methodologies & Management: SAFe Agile framework and Azure DevOps.
- Data Platforms & Databases: Databricks, AWS S3, Oracle, and Amazon Aurora.
- Reporting & Integrations: Power BI (analytics & visualization) and Boomi (integrations).
- AI & Observability: Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, Unity, and Datadog for system observability.

Key Qualifications

- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst / SME in healthcare analytics, reporting, and data workflows.
- Strong track record in data analysis, requirements gathering, and technical story writing.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
