Responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and reliable Healthcare Recruitment Manager to join our team.
- Conduct frequent outbound calls to healthcare professionals and workers to actively market and promote job opportunities.
- Manage the full healthcare recruitment process while executing daily candidate sourcing and outreach activities.
- Engage candidates, follow up consistently, and assist qualified applicants through the application and background check processes.
- Monitor team performance, ensure staffing coverage needs are consistently met, and drive team sourcing goals.
- Act as an internal trainer and mentor to new employees on recruitment workflows, outreach techniques, and best practices.
- Utilize creative and resourceful strategies to attract top talent and solve ongoing staffing challenges.
Requirements & Skills
- OUTBOUND CALLING & SALES MINDSET: Proven ability and high comfort making frequent outbound calls to healthcare workers, pitching job opportunities, and managing candidate rejection professionally.
- HEALTHCARE STAFFING EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated experience in healthcare recruitment, staffing, coordination, or team management.
- STABLE PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: Proven history of strong work ethics, reliability, and professionalism with leadership capabilities.
- Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a neutral accent are mandatory.
- Strong organizational, tracking, and follow-up skills to manage candidate applications and background check processes.
