Job Overview We are hiring a dedicated Healthcare Recruitment Manager to lead staffing operations and execute active candidate outreach. This role requires strong outbound calling skills and a sales mindset to engage healthcare professionals, promote open opportunities, manage application pipelines, and train expanding recruitment team members.

Responsibilities

- Make frequent outbound phone calls to healthcare workers to promote open positions and generate interest.
- Direct daily recruitment workflows and track candidate background checks, applications, and placement metrics.
- Ensure overall healthcare coverage needs are met by driving team sourcing and performance targets.
- Train, onboard,



and mentor new talent acquisition employees on operational procedures and call practices.
- Leverage creative candidate engagement tactics to solve daily staffing challenges.

Requirements & Skills

- OUTBOUND SALES & RECRUITING: Strong comfort level conducting high-volume outbound phone calls, pitching job opportunities, and overcoming candidate rejection.
- HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: Prior experience in healthcare recruitment, staffing coordination, or team leadership.
- PROFESSIONAL RELIABILITY: Stable background demonstrating strong work ethics, accountability, and communication skills.
- Candidates must possess advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal).
